The repayment plan for this money should be flexible enough for the SMEs.

Training institutions should also strive to meet training needs for knowledge derived for innovative processes. This will require managers to plan their training needs instead of concentrating on too many operational issues. If all these strategies are put in place, the role of training institutions will be enhanced and the future of SMEs will be secured. Many of the unemployed individuals the world over can have something to turn to when their efforts of getting employment become frustrated.
